Access Salvation Army Emergency Vouchers for clothing, utilities, prescriptions, eyeglasses, and more. (Available to residents of Amherst, Pelham, Hadley,
Shutesbury, Leverett, Whately and Sunderland.)
Health Insurance Enrollment & Support: Thursday, 1:30pm-4pm
Get help signing up for MassHealth or other plans available through the MA Health Connector.
Homeless Services: Thursday, 2pm-6pm
Meet with a staff member from Elliot Homeless Services to get help with housing search and support services.

Movin’ to the Music: Some Mondays, 11-11:45am
One or two Mondays per month, join Robin for a fun movement and music class. Open to all abilities and fitness levels.
Sewing & Repair Workshop: Some Thursdays, 2-4:30pm
Two Mondays per month, join Mary Ellen and Roxy for help repairing clothes or doing other sewing projects. You do the sewing, they provide coaching and support. Space is limited and usually fills up. Sign up in advance in the Front Office.
Movies, Thursdays at 3pm and 5pm
Most Thursdays, join Paula for screenings of family friendly movies at 3pm and 5pm in the main dining room.
Live Music Fridays, Most Fridays, 12-1pm
Most Fridays, enjoy live music during lunch, featuring a wide mix of tunes from a range of amerature and professional musicians. See event calendar for detailed schedule.
Join the Amherst Survival Center on fun, family friendly trips several times a year. Past trips have included apple picking, bright nights, Look Park, the movies, and area museums. See event calendar for upcoming trips and sign up in the Front Office.
Throughout the year, we host special events both on and offsite. These include special lunches and music onsite for Lunar New Year and Black History Month; offsite celebrations such as our summer bar-b-que and Thanksgiving Dinner; and events like our Community Breakfast.
