PROGRAMS

We are open. We have food.
We are here to help.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to adapt our operations to ensure continued
food delivery in as safe a manner as possible and within the confines of our more limited volunteer capacity. Please see Important Updates re: COVID-19 for up to date information and details.

IMPORTANT: CHANGES REGARDING COVID-19

We look forward to returning to our full scope of programming as soon as it is safe to do so.

The Amherst Survival Center is a community center where we provide resources that help people to meet their basic needs. Because of the Covid crisis, we are focusing all of our energy and resources on providing more people with more food. We provide free meals ( community meals ) and free groceries ( food pantry, mobile programs, and fresh food distribution ), as well as a resource center. We have temporarily closed our free community store and our free health clinic. We look forward to returning to our normal service schedule as soon as it is safe to do so.
