Choose a meaningful gift for a loved one or a friend … while supporting our neighbors in need
The fortieth anniversary of the Amherst Survival Center is just around the corner! Just as when the Center began in 1976, we connect families, the working poor, low-income seniors and people struggling with homelessness and mental illness with: hot meals, groceries, clothing, health care, wellness opportunities, social services and community.
This catalog tells the story of our services, our participants and our hundreds of volunteers. It’s a window into the remarkable community fostered here, where neighbors welcome neighbors, and respect and dignity sustain us all.
All our programs and operations need the annual financial support of our community to exist. Through your generosity, the Amherst Survival Center can continue as a vital local resource for the ever-growing number of our neighbors in need. Please donate what you can to support our programs. And this year, please consider becoming a partner in our Sustainers’ Circle of Monthly Giving—to celebrate the Center’s forty years of service to the community.
Thank you for your support!
