Every MONDAY in February! Using your body weight, Anthony will work on your stability, balance, and strength. He will accommodate/modify exercises to you. All skill levels welcome!

A representative from Musante Health Center will assist with Mass Health insurance paperwork on Mondays 1-3pm.
