Fundraising Events

Throughout the year, we host a few fundraising events inviting the community to celebrate the Center and raise vital funds to support our programs.

Hike for Hunger

Thank you to all the hikers and donors who helped make our 2021 Hike for Hunger a success. Together, we raised $29,000! The Hike for Hunger presents an opportunity for you to be outside and active, while making sure our community has access to nutritious food.

We look forward to bringing back Hike for Hunger in October 2022. Learn more about the event here.

Empty Bowls

We are excited that Empty Bowls returned this year as a to-go event on Saturday, April 2 from 12-3pm at the Amherst Survival Center. Thank you to everyone who supported Empty Bowls and to all the partners who made it possible. We look forward to Empty Bowls 2023! Learn more about Empty Bowls here.

Feed the Spirit

Come celebrate the Amherst Survival Center at a beautiful seated dinner, with entertainment, and unique fund-a-need auction at our annual Feed the Spirit event. It is a wonderful and fun evening that raises vital funds for the Center’s programs. Feed the Spirit is on hold until we can safely be together again.
