Community fundraising events provide critical support to the Amherst Survival Center. They not only raise badly needed funds for our programs, but they also build community and engage participants and volunteers in our mission.
Community Fundraising Events for the Amherst Survival Center:
Empty Bowls– Eating delicious soup from area restaurants and getting a handmade beautiful one-of-a-kind bowl by local potters.
THANK YOU FOR MAKING EMPTY BOWLS 2017 so successful!

In addition, the Center is so fortunate and grateful to be the beneficiary of events held on its behalf. Upcoming events include:
Dash & Dine SAVE THE DATE: Dash and Dine a 5K walk/run on the Umass campus (sponsored by Umass Dining) on April 8, 2017. Every participant gets to have lunch afterwards in the award-winning dining hall! Community members are welcome and can register here.
