Resource Coordinator (FT, $50-55k/year + bilingual differential up to $2,000/year + excellent benefits) Seeking a patient and engaging human service professional with a track record of exceptional direct service work to be the welcoming face of the Amherst Survival Center, coordinating resource offerings, leading community activities, and supporting community members to access the resources we have to offer. Coordinator oversees onsite resources, community activities, information and referral, and health clinic. Very strong preference for candidates with verbal proficiency in English & Spanish. Food Pantry Assistant (FT, $19-21/hr + excellent benefits + bilingual differential of up to $2,000/year available.) As the Food Pantry Assistant you will unload food trucks, stock shelves, package grocery orders for delivery, drive delivery vehicles, help shoppers in the pantry, and more. Very physical job, indoors and outdoors, frequent lifting of 50+ lbs. Driver’s license required. Work alongside a great team of staff and volunteers. $19-21/hr. plus excellent benefits. Salaries: Individual salaries are determined based on a transparent rubric, within established ranges, with significant opportunities for growth with tenure and increasing responsibilities.
