Salaries:
Individual salaries at the Amherst Survival Center are determined based on a transparent rubric, within established ranges, with significant opportunities for growth with tenure and increasing responsibilities. New employees generally start within the first 75% of the posted primary range. Bilingual differentials (up to $2,000/year in addition to posted range) are available for employees who have proficiency in priority languages in addition to English.
